In a large residential complex, AQ Group successfully completed a large-scale preservation project serving the air ducts. The project included 62 shaft channels, each about 10 meters long, and stretched over 106 homes. About 10 meters of air extraction duct was treated in each home, including two extraction rosettes.

The core of the project was the internal cleaning and sealing of the existing air ducts. This thorough approach resulted in significant improvements in air quality and energy efficiency throughout the complex. Residents now benefit from a healthier environment with noticeably improved air quality.

The benefits realized extend beyond comfort. The complex is now experiencing significant savings in energy costs, a reduced risk of Sick Building Syndrome and an extended technical life of the air ducts. These solutions contribute to a more sustainable and healthier living environment for all residents.
