Cooperation for sustainability: AQ Group and Roodenburg

Recently, together with Roodenburg Group, we have executed the sustainability project “De Rotterdam”! Like AQ Group, Roodenburg is striving for a greener future by upgrading air handling units with EC fans. Partly because of our shared commitment to sustainable development, the collaboration was therefore very pleasant.

Roodenburg has built a solid reputation in which innovation and sustainability are always paramount. The AQ team’s expertise in retrofitting, where we replace maintenance-prone centrifugal fans with EC fans, will reduce energy and maintenance costs and extend plant life. This results in a payback period of only +/- 1.8 years and significant CO2 reduction.

The upgrade complies with the latest ErP regulations for air handling units, which not only increases efficiency but also ensures safety and noise reduction.
