In this project, we performed an upgrade on the installation at our site. This upgrade included the supply and replacement of two plate heat exchangers, which is important for optimizing system performance.

The work involved the replacement of two dedicated plate heat exchangers: the TSA HT 350 kW and the TSA HT 700 kW, both manufactured by Alfa Laval. These objects are contributing to the efficient operation of the plant at the site.

During the project, we conducted a leak test, which found that both heat exchangers were leaking. We therefore recommended replacing both plate heat exchangers to ensure system reliability.

The work includes several key steps. First, the plant was secured. We then disassembled the existing plate heat exchangers and replaced them with new ones. After installing the new heat exchangers, the pipes were reconnected. The system was then backfilled, after which the plant was returned to service by the client.

This approach ensures that the plant is back to optimal operation with improved efficiency.
